Five star experience at the Mason Road location in Katy. The employee at the register (Reciept says Wendy) was so friendly and helpful. The cookie cake for my daughter's lemon themed birthday turned out perfect- a special thanks to the cake decorator. Thanks again, we'll be back!!

It seems they don’t sell freshly made cookies. Have been to other locations with no issues of freshness. My cookies were very hard and stale. Very disappointed since these cookies are not cheap.

I ordered some cookies for delivery, this is the second time and they don’t even put a seal on the bag, every other restaurant or food company I order from, the bag or container is always sealed with a sticker so you know it is not tampered with. Lazy…

They didn't seem like they wanted to work .they barely had any fresh cookies or any cookies at all for that matter...we saw they was rushing on someone's cookie cake it looked horrible and I thought the one in the mall was bad nope its this one but at least they tried
DO NOT COME HERE.Showed up 15 minutes before my order was ready because I was in a hurry, and they hadn’t even started my order. So I had to sit and wait a whole 20+ minutes. While the lady was making my cake, she was also talking on the phone. Was in no sort of rush. Then had the nerve to give me an attitude when I asked if she could pick up the pace.If I could give zero stars, I would.

Called the store to place an order, sat on hold for 20 min and hung up. Clearly the person who answered the phone forgot we were on the phone because we called back several times over the next 10-15 min and the line was busy. Called another store and got our order. These guys suck and will not be ordering from this store again.
