I've been here 2x in the past 2 weeks, disappointed both times.

Customer service lacks here. No smiles, no friendliness, just hurry up & leave.

Each time I'd find most of my mix-ins at the bottom of my cup, rather than really mixed in.

If you're working in customer service, you should be doing it with a smile, making folks feel welcomed!

Just had the worst experience at this Marble Slab. Awful customer service!! The guy behind the counter was very rude, did not listen to my order and just sloppily threw together a bunch of toppings to create this disgusting mess. Does this look appealing?? When I asked him to remake it, he refused. Do NOT come here!

Good ice cream, good service, have had little to no issues here

While the price is definitely a bit high I'd say it's worth it, all their ice cream is made in store fresh every week and all the workers seem to be very patient with our orders, even if we end up being indecisive and a little annoying. We even had an issue with an order but they were quick to get it sorted with no hint of an attitude, love the people working here much love

Great service and the ice cream, as always is delicious. Whoever wrote this note on my receipt, it absolutely made my day. 🤣 This location will be my go-to from now on.

Today, I was there to pick up the birthday cake shake. This was the most horrible birthday cake flavor I ever had in a marble slab location. He charged me $10 for that. My son literally trashed the entire shake. It was just liquefied whipping cream. Please sample their ice cream before you order.

Always has a lot of options made and available of the ice cream cakes. I can always count on this location to have something for the occasion.

Don't go here, especially if you are having a good. Don't let this place sour it. Walked inside, no greeting, not even acknowledged with a glance. I was the only customer in there, not either one of the guy or women employee showed hospitality. I left after 5 minutes of just standing, at that point that would feel like begging someone to take your money. Might as well go to Teahouse and get something than wait around for icecream.

I have been wanting ice cream with toppings so I took my family out to marble slab. I usually go somewhere else but went to this one because it’s closer to home. The guy with glasses took care of my daughters he was nice and gave a decent amount of scoops for ice cream and toppings. The girl with 2 toned color hair; took care of me. It didn’t look like she wanted to be there (she had a face when she took my order). I asked for 2 scoops and barely got any ice cream. I asked her if she could put more on it. (it looked like 1 scoop altogether). She said she would charge me for an extra scoop and I asked why if she barely put any ice cream. She rolled her eyes and put another small scoop(basically a scrap of scoop just to say she put some more) . When she asked for my toppings she half scooped them just because I said something about the ice cream. I didn’t say anything but won’t be returning there anymore. My cone didn’t look like my family’s and for the price I think it’s ridiculous they can’t at least give you what you pay for. The milkshake we got was also watery. Very bad service.

Had to pop in today when i spotted the Creamery on google maps when looking forplaces to get a snack.Boy was i glad i did, its made the trip to Texas from the uk worth it.Was a hot day 'for Brits' so i picked ice cream dark chocolate and peanut cone with home made caramel ice cream with chocolate sprinkles and Rees peanut butter cups as my mixers , mixed into the caramel ice cream. Did not realise the mixers are folded into the ice cream in front of you then put into cone, i added pics. Really scrumptious, mix of flavoures. Also picked up some cookies for the kids at home and the mrs had a strawberry looking sunday. The staff were great with us, giving us time to make our minds up on our selections and explaining the options. Many thanks from us both.If your thinking of passing bybpop in. If your not passing by, make an excuse to.Cheers
