Service here is terrible. We typically order ice cream cakes from marble slab. We ordered a marble slab proprietary designed cake from this location for a birthday. Our daughters picked up the cake not knowing what it was supposed to look like. When we got it home we saw that none of the fixings that were supposed to be in and on the cake were included. It was sloppily done with fixings that did not go well at all. Too late to do anything as it was for a birthday. No one enjoyed the cake as we typically do. When we asked the store to refund or make the situation right, the manager/owner (whoever it was) could not have cared less and made no effort at all. We will not be coming back to this location. How do you mess up one of your own pre-designed cakes???

spent $26.00 on a medium cinammon/coconut cup, strawberry sorbet, and chocolate swirl. Ice cream was terrible, sprinkles were stale and crunchy, pure sugar, and sorbet was thrown away. Terrible all around! I will never go back.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I love marble slab and this location is no different.. same great ice cream, same great taste and toppings.My review is about the service bc it will make me stop coming to this location. I came and for a waffle cone with my ice cream and toppings and it was a little busy so the guy who helped me rushed through making my cone. He handed it to me and toppings were falling off. Ice cream dripping down waffle cone, didn't even look like I had two full scoops. I had to ask for a cup when he handed me my cone. I should've just asked him to remake it but instead I left and was upset I wasted my money on a melted ice cream cone. So dissatisfied with the service but I still love marble slabs

I went on a Sunday night and they had a few customers in line. There was a guy named Armando working and he was talking under his breath complaining about another customer to one of the other employees. Then I was helped by Vanessa and she just seemed to not want to work. She didn't greet and right away asked" what you do want" and when told that we wanted toppings on our ice cream she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed as if asking for the toppings was such a huge burden to her. Honestly these young kids they have working there just have attitudes. All I have to say is if you don't want to work then don't work!!!

Marifa does an incredible job at decorating these cakes!! She cares a lot about what she does and always has amazing customer service! 10/10 would recommend coming here for any birthday, holiday, or special event!

Was waiting for this Marble Slab to open up! I had a good experience. The line was long but worth the wait! I got a birthday cake ice cream with brownies mixed in. Super yummy! My husband ordered a sweet cream and Oreos. We also got one of those icing stuff cookies. Paid I think $15 for everything but that's expected for Marble Slab. Only reason why I'm not giving it the 5 stars that Marble Slab deserves is because of the friendliness of the staff. The two girls scooping ice cream looked like they hated their jobs and really made no interaction with the customers. I've had much friendlier service at other Mable Slabs. I'll still come back because of the ice cream though!
