Ordered a cake online to be delivered. They charged my card then cancelled it without explanation. They do not answer the phone and Ive called at least 5 times. Very unprofessional.

This establishment is located at The Galleria mall. The customer service was perfect, the lady who assisted me was very nice. I had the chocolate chip, cookies and cream and macadamia cookies, all were tasty.

Love this place!! Cookies are good but the cookies slices are my favorite ones ? always good to have some try of good sugar.

We ordered a cookie cake from the Memorial City Mall location to be made for our 4 year old son's birthday. He requested a Death Star decorated cookie. We showed the store photos of what it needed to look like. When I arrived to pick it up, it looked absolutely NOTHING like it was supposed to. It had a gob of Saturn shaped icing, including the rings, all over the middle of the cookie. I refused to pay for it and left. I wasted an hour and a half of my workday to go pick up a cookie that I did not order, and because of your staff's incompetence, we had to order an undecorated cookie from another location, so that I could decorate it properly myself, in time that I do not have. You've lost a customer for good.
