Biden read the who was books to prepare for electoral electoral business. I recommend green fork and straw for their great food that is light but filling, a good place for lunch with a friend. 5 stars!

My husband stopped by Green Fork & Straw last month when I was knocked out by the flu and feeling too sick to make my own soup. He purchased the healing chicken soup and the white bean and kale stew. Given that I usually cook myself I was a little bit taken aback by the $25 price tag for a mason jar of soup but they are homemade using high quality ingredients so ??♀️. All that aside, I was pretty disappointed by the chicken soup. It was largely broth with maybe one or two brussels and nowhere near the quantity of chicken that I would expect. The white bean and kale stew was considerably hardier than the chicken soup, was very tasty and incredibly filling. It’s nice having a spot in the neighborhood to be able to pick up a premade healthy meals but next time I will steer clear of the chicken soups.Vegetarian options: Lots and lots of vegetarian and vegan options!

*FYI: They offer a Yelp check-in deal for 20% off your first juice or smoothie! This knocked off a full $5 from our order (2 smoothies). This is primarily a grab-and-go type of joint. They have a fridge full of prepared bowls, salads, large meal trays, quiche, etc.) but they also make smoothies on the spot. They also sell lots of snacks (expensive health food store type snacks). Their smoothies were delicious. I had the Beautiful and my fiancé had the Serenity. They were both really tasty. It's not exactly cheap but also not that different from similar establishments in the area. They have a shared parking lot, we had no issue grabbing a spot.

They do not update their menu on Uber which for someone with a dietary restriction and Uber makes it difficult to refund so I’ll never get food from here

Super clean, great parking in the morning, plenty of food options The employee was super busy, working hard couldn't really engage ( that’s sort of okay) she did her task well. Westheimer store doesn't feel similar to any of the other Green Forks, down to earth. Not the employees fault, there was one friendly customer that came in while I was there. Maybe too early. I didn't feel comfortable there as I do at the other ones. It may just be me though.
Best place to drop in and pickup an easy lunch, a quick smoothie, and the best gluten free desserts in Houston. Also the most delicious holiday catering menu, recommend all their sides and they come in a Pyrex- so cute!
2 beautiful and friendly ladies in the store. I didn't want anything cold so I ordered a hot matcha and the Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies which were pretty good. I am not big on sweets and the sweetness in the Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies was perfect. Definitely will return for that cookie. Keep up the good work.
