I am so impressed with this shop. I called and wanted to see if they could recommend a smoothie that was low carb so I could send it to my brother who is working very hard today in the restaurant industry. She gave me a great recommendation (Patience smoothie) and also suggested I add peanut butter to it. I did the avocado and berries, without the banana and pineapple and asked for Stevia as the sweetener. My brother loved it so much when I asked him to send a pic so I could see what it looked like, he said it was already gone!

No one was at the register upon my arrival which it’s totally fine but when the cashier came from the back out she’s was not warm or welcoming. She essentially just came and stood at the register and stared at me while I looked at the menu. No greeting. Once my smoothie was done it was placed on the counter by the cashier, she looked at me and walked to the back. I assumed this was my order because there wasn’t anyone else there picked it up and left.

The cookies were tasty, smoothie was okay. I got the pumpkin spiced nut butter cookies and a “Grateful” smoothie. Will not be patronizing this location again but will try the others.

The Strength Smoothie Bowl was delicious! The space was relaxing and made it easy to get a little work done while enjoying my food. Great healthy snack options as well!

This place is the absolute best! Staff is so accommodating and friendly. Great place to grab a healthy quick lunch or smoothie. 10/10 every time!! 👏🏼 also gotta love that everything is organic and caters to those that are gluten free.

I usually get bowls and drinks here but i tried the chicken pesto pasta salad and while the chicken and dressing were great, the noodles tasted way off. Maybe they were gluten free or something weird but they tasted undercooked, hard, and flavorless.
