Grave disappointment. Empty!! even after we ordered toppings. Dry . This is a reap off for 40 dollars spent on 2 boxes of medium pizza . I do not recommend and this will be my first and last time . Worse Houston pizza experience . Why post a different picture and serve something else , what changed ? Why ? Or this is it ? Has been it ? No . If I could give zero stars I would.

Very nice and atmospheric place. The quality of the place is perceived upon entering. Excellent customer service. When they were preparing our table they accidentally touched the floor with the tablecloth and immediately changed it, which shows that they are well outlined in all the details in the service. The pizzas are very delicious, for my taste very thin but balanced in the seasonings. We ordered a 16" margherita pizza for 2 people and there was nothing left over. The strawberry lemonade was delicious but a little sweet. I would return to the place since the experience was satisfactory.

Will always hold a special reserve for this place and their pizza, wonderful fresh ingredients and the most recent visit our waiter was top shelf and with a smile. Always make sure I eat dinner here every time I come through the Houston area!Parking: Unless you want to valet, your best bet is to just park in a parking garage and walk to this destination. There are street parking but your chances of finding available is pretty limited to none.

My family is from Naples Italy. Where pizza Margherita was first created. Grimaldis is the best I have had in Houston. Better than Pizaro's Pizza and their's is very good too.

The single and only reason for the 5 star is because of Issac's incredible service! As soon as i walked in it was hot and i was complaining and my server issac reassured me that it was a common thing thats been going on for about 2 weeks now. So i didnt feel too bad or doomed for long. He then explained the menu in such a well spoken manner , with no stuttering whatsoever. Some servers ive had before have not been able to execute a welcoming at this level. Me and my lady friend were very happy with our service. Okay now for the food! I ordered a classic 12in pep with basil, and it was 8.5/10 good crust , good sauce, peps had a good bite. Basil added flavor /aroma. My gf ordered the brooklyn and it was a 6.5/10 Good crust, not the biggest fan of ricotta. Very good pizza! Overall 8/10 restaurant. Nice Setting, classic tabletops, felt at home after 10minutes , definitely will be returning to this restaurant. Added to my top 10 pizza places! Avoid their delivery service at all costs. We haven't had any dine in issues.We frequent this Grimaldi's in City Centre as well as the Grimaldi's in the Woodlands rather frequently. On this occasion, we decided to use their new delivery service, since it was advertised as having no delivery fee. We ordered through the website, which was fairly easy and then opened the tracker which they provided. It showed our order was picked up around 11:50 and the driver was coming to our house for delivery. Our order showed that the delivery driver came almost to our house and then returned to Grimaldi's. When we called the restaurant to inquire, we were told that they have no control over the delivery as it is with their subcontractor, DoorDash (which was not disclosed when we placed the order), and if we wanted any resolution, we would have to take it up with them. Needless to say our pizza arrived almost an hour after they said it was ready and on the way. It also arrived rather cold. We were disappointed in the service and quality we received.
