Booked reservation at 5 pm prior to a 7:30 play at Hobby Center. Houston Chronicle listed the restaurant as one of the best 15 restaurants downtown. Started with oysters on the half shell. Large salad shared by 4 people. I ordered black cod based on the recommendation by our waiter Toby. My wife had a combination of tuna sushi & octopus as her entree. Both were excellent. Our server Daniel was Great! Super nice and attentive. Restaurant was clean with a romantic vibe. My wife and I both enjoyed our meal, however I felt my steak was really salty. Overall a very good experience.
Host and waitstaff were amazing! The food was not great this time. Our ribeye was really tough, mac was super dry and the brussels were burnt. Hopefully, it was just an off night as we typically enjoy it.
