Thanks for your response. I understand that your store has been successful and that you are not dependent on customer feedback. However, it is important to remember that constructive criticism can be useful in improving business. The fact that someone took the time to write a review indicates that something is not working properly.
I encourage you to listen to negative opinions and make positive changes as necessary to improve customer service and increase customer satisfaction. Don't take it as an attack, you are a business owner and it is very difficult to keep people happy, but you could make improvements.

"I am very disappointed with the service at the Guerrero butcher shop. They don't know how to cut the meat properly, ordering by the pound seems to burden the staff, and the attitude of the employees is really bad. If you haven't been yet, be sure "I recommend that you think twice, because the quality of the service they offer is not worth it. You deserve a butcher shop that offers a better experience and better treatment."

I can't believe that the beef chicharrón is pure fat and leather. What do they take away from the fajita? When customers ask for it to be cleaned, I will never buy something again. Oh, and it costs 17 dollars in pure fat.

It should be ilegal for stores like this one to price gouge the way they do I understand it's a conveniant neighborhood store but most of the items do not have prices on them and you learn of the price until you walk up to the register to pay !
