The food was so good I just moved from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and I wanted barbecue and the food was delicious.
Kid-friendliness: Yes I had my nephew with me and he had high chairs this place is awesome
I went there for the first time today, ordered the sliced moist brisket and sausage sandwich, the brisket melts in your mouth, tender tender tender, hugh sandwich, it did not need any bbq sauce brisket was amazing, service was good as well, I think I found me a new bbq place

I stopped by Guillorys Bar B Que on 28 Sep 2024 after seeing their Google reviews. It’s a small strip mall location. Upon entering the tiny lobby I was greeted by the 2 gentlemen behind the counter where I placed my order. I was told that they serve traditional Louisiana slow-cooked BBQ and also offered the French-style boudin (the style with a bit of liver). I ordered the brisket sandwich and boudin link.
The sandwich was huge! So many tender slices of smokey brisket! It was so tender that I could not tell the difference between the softness of the bun and tenderness of the brisket when I took a bite. Amazing.
The boudin was also huge. I could not finish it all. A reviewer was correct to wonder how this place is not listed among the Top 100 BBQ Joints in Texas. I thought Black’s BBQ served the best brisket sandwich, but Guillory’s is better. I’ll return whenever I’m visiting Houston.

I ordered food for a party and it was delicious! Everyone enjoyed the brisket and sausage. The potato salad was my favorite. When I picked up my food everyone was very friendly. I think I found my new bbq spot!
