I had a very upsetting experience at Gyro Hut. While eating my Gyro sandwich, I discovered a long, straight black hair in my food, which caused me to gag as I pulled it from my throat. My husband witnessed the incident, which was both alarming and extremely unsanitary.
I contacted the store immediately and spoke with Ms. Muskunt (name as I recall). Unfortunately, her response showed a lack of concern and professionalism regarding what could have been a serious food safety issue. I was offered 20% off a future order, which I felt inappropriate given the severity of the situation.
Our family have been loyal customers and previously enjoyed dining here, bit this experience and the way it was handled has led us to discontinue our business with this establishment. A full refund would've been a reasonable and expected resolution.
Food safety and customer care should be priority. Sadly, this experience did not reflect that standard. I'm sure the local health department would agree.

Wanted something healthy to eat late at night something cheap too. Prices were amazing for the quality of the food and fresh squeezed juice. Got the fish over rice & beet root juice SOOOOO good. Definitely worth your $$ coming here.big portion as well
