Bad customer service. My order was wrongly placed and it took an act of congress to fix it. Instead of an apology, I got a reprimand for spending $72.00. The rice combo plata was dry with little sauce and not tasty. The fries platter was not proportionate to the price. It felt like a Mc meal. Food not worth the price. Enjoy my $72.00.

The food was great but the service was horrible. I walked in to pick up my order and wasn’t acknowledged. I tried to tell them I was there for a pickup and I was ignored. Finally one of the guys asked my name and handed me my order that had been sitting there the whole time

Called in two platters and although it was lunch time and they were swamped. The food came out fast. Plus everything tasted fresh and delicious. Sadly we're not from this side of town but would definitely recommend it if you're looking for some decent lamb.

We went yesterday at this location. The food was less than mediocre. The chicken tasted stale. I think the location in Sugar land has better food. We went there earlier it was really good. So we went to this location since its closer to us. Not again.

Not recommended! My family and I went there for dinner. We ordered two chicken entrees. The meat in both was obviously stale. I honestly couldn't believe a restaurant would serve stale meat. My family and I had great fresh gyros at their Sugar Land location. But obviously, this restaurant chain's quality varies widely based on location. Very frustrated that I wasted so much money and time at this place.

As a New Yorker this is as good as they come. The chicken was fresh and the flavors were on point. White sauce and especially the hot sauce was 🔥🔥. My 2 year old loved it and went for another plate 2 hours after!!!
