Just made my last visit here after a few years, there is no verification on who orders what online and went in only to find out my food was stolen within 10 minutes of ordering, only to be left with no other options than to buy my order again. Pick-up food is out on the front counter with the receipts facing outwards for all to read, easy for anyone to pickup.

ordered food online, arrive 10 minutes later to find someone else picked it up. When i show my order that i paid for they refused to offer a refund or to remake my order. Saying that I "could have had someone else pick up the food for me" and that i showed up to try and get another order. Its a shame the service is awful and now as a a customer whos been there multiple times am out of 12 bucks, no lunch, and cant go here anymore with peace of mind i will be able to grab my lunch and go back to the office. Considering this is a food establishment it is sad.

Things that prevented a five-star rating are:Lack of attentiveness: they’ve made multiple errors on orders that are minor, but they have been made multiple times. For example, failure to add extra veggies, failure to add jalapeños, or forgetting to add the change of sauce.Forgetting to add napkins or utensils on to-go orders.

Passed this place a few times and decided to give it a try. Got the chicken and lamb combo plate. It was hot, delicious and just the right amount of spice. The guys behind the counter were friendly and efficient.

Stumble across this place and love it! Ordered the chicken platter, falafels, and tropical fresh juice (recommended by other reviewers), was a hit! Fresh, delicious, flavorful, just so good! I'll be back

No stars terrible service poor service. First time trying there food I was unaware of what came in the order checked my food I don't like onions I asked for them to remake the order the worker said pay for another and I'll make a new one and gave me a plate to pick out my onions. Allergic reactions leads to health concerns which can lead to a lawsuit . Train your employees better

My order came incomplete. I had to walk to pick the rest of it up. I also specified I had a food allergy and as I am eating my throat gets itchy and lo and behold is a pickle. Some I clearly stated I have an allergy to and asked to not be placed in my meal. On the way to hospital now. Absolutely disappointed.Deja POrder #39501164

The best meal I've had in a while. I ordered the combo platter over rice via Uber eats. It was delicious! And their juices were soo good! We ordered the beet and tropical juices. Highly recommend this spot.

Food is decent. Worthy of 3-4 stars. Service is horrendous. I always order from here and the amount of times my order has been wrong is laughable. On this particular day, I go in and order in person and they still get my order wrong. I tipped these clowns 20% at checkout only to get an incorrect order. They offered to exchange it once I informed them, but I would have to wait further for that. I like this place but I'm done giving them my money. Check your order if you get food from here.
