Terrible experience. We purchased 3 lamb over rice platters and 1 had a hair in the food and the other 2 were very small portions compared to what we usually get.
We called that night and spoke to manager Brian who promised to “make it right” if we returned, but when we did, it turned into a huge argument between him and my husband. Instead of apologizing and resolving the issue, he became defensive and confrontational.
Customers deserve respect, especially when there’s a legitimate complaint about food safety. We will not be coming back. Gyro King was a choice and we were not looking for a free meal and that’s exactly how we were made to feel. I do not recommend this place. There is a reason why this place is always empty. Instead we ended up having a delicious dinner at JAM on Westheimer.

Came here last night. Barely any chicken on my plate and then they tried to blame me for it. I was served the food like that, but when I pointed it out, they acted like I had taken the chicken off myself. Instead of just fixing their mistake, they tried to shift the blame onto me, which was really disrespectful and unprofessional. The whole situation could’ve been handled easily, but the attitude made it way worse. Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and definitely not coming back.
