7:15 still don’t have my food.

It’s Friday night, no tickets on the rail. Why am I waiting an hour for my food? Ridiculous. Go across the street to the new Mediterranean kitchen. Haven’t been there but I can guarantee you’ll get better service.

This location had been my go-to lunch spot ordering the same chicken salad for several years. I ordered my usual chicken salad today thru the website, added all of the other vegetables that usually come with it on the add-on window. These vegetables have no charge.
When I picked up my order, after checking the requested items were not on so I took it back in, showed my online ticket order. I was told that the salad was different if ordered in the store (all vegetables included) than if ordered online (only protein, cucumber, tomato, onion). How does this make any sense?
When I asked why the salad was the same price in-store as it is online and showed that there was a window for selections and it was on my order, I was being blatantly laughed at by the male member of staff.
I was told that I would be charged for each vegetable topping as an extra charge if I wanted them still to which I said I did because I wanted the salad the same way it comes in the restaurant. I went to get my card to pay for the "extra" charge and everything was thrown sloppily on my plate as I see, passive aggressiveness. I did reach out a few times to management responding with a "sorry" with no follow-up.

Customer service needs to be improved
Both of them were busy on the phone together we waited very long for them to attend us. Didn’t pay attention to what I was ordering had to repeat my order so many time. Nonetheless my kids love the food here.

Sorry but there is no way that this is a King Gyro... I'm living southwest houston and work ing the medical center and I have not been so unsatisfied with my food until today...and was ask to pay extra for onions

We ordered the lamb and chicken over rice. Portion size was huge and me and my husband were able to share very well. The food was hot and tasted fresh and delicious! Sauces, salad and meat everything blended together very well. Abdul on the counter provided great service. Will definitely be back.
Seating is casual, the place mostly has take out orders.

I had roaches in my food. I would never eat here. First couple bites and I see a dead roach in my food. Place is really dirty. Grease everywhere and saw a rat behind the restaurant. Stay far away!

The no English speaking Chapin said it’s closed when I tried to use the restroom to p. If they still let people dine in why do they close the restroom early for??

The food was an overall disappointment. The Gyro did not taste good and some of the fries were not fully cooked. I hope they are able to fix these issues and provide a tasty gyro.

The food is good..the service absolutely horrendous. Considering yelp is full of complaints about the same woman I am equally surprised when every time we stop by (once every 2-3 months) and she's still there with the same attitude.

Good healthy option, the salad, and rice was good portion, but "Where's the meat?"Just thrown on salad or rice as decoration. When you asked for lamb and chicken on rice and lamb salad, hey add some meat. The meat portions were just dressing on the platter instead of being the main course. I Had gone sometime ago and under another management and the meat portions were much better. Wouldn't be recommending this location nor will I be going again. Will be going to Free bird Burritos! Much better portions and better pricing.

Gyro king sucks! Both quality and quantity has gone down. They use to provide food in the tin tray that use to hold a good amount of quantity. Now they provide food in a to go box container that holds less then half of the amount of vegi’s and rice. I personally don’t mind that quantity going down but the price needs to come down too! Instead you guys go to halal guys their quality of good and quantity is good for the same price.

This Gyro was the worst I’ve ever had. My husband had a bite of his and I mine. We both were very disappointed it was SO spicy we couldn’t take a 2nd bite. I had asked for no red sauce but they came w red sauce anyway. Never heard of red sauce or crazy spicy Greek food or pitas. It was a deal buy 1 get 1. But now we just feel ripped off , left hungry, and burnt taste buds. And we enjoy spicy foods.
