The food was incredibly disappointing. The lamb and rice was okay, but I ordered a chicken and lamb combo and didn’t get my chicken. Everything else was almost inedible. The fried broccoli and the falafel were dripping in oil so much so that every bite filled our mouths with fry oil. The falafels were also the size of a quarter and like hockey pucks, they were so hard. The hummus had literally no flavor and only came with a half a piece of pita? Not even enough for 4 bites. We spent a little over $50 and it was a waste unfortunately.

Not a fantastic first experience for an evening dinner. The food that we did receive was pretty good, but the service was abysmal. The single person trying to run the place has little idea how to operate this place. It wasn’t busy and you could tell he was struggling. It took longer than I would expect this type of meal to prepare. I ordered a juice that was never received - I asked for it after bringing my food to the table and found the sauce on the side that I requested was also missing. He said he was going to make it next but it never showed up. 3/4 through the meal, still no bev. I went to the cooler for some drinks and told him to cancel the juice. The customer who ordered after me was having a hard time getting his order correct too. Just looking at the reviews of this place after going, it seems it’s been a problem. I would not recommend coming here for awhile until they get it together. If you walk in and see the guy by himself with AirPods in, you’re better off going next door.

As a Native NYer, I thought I had found my spot for my combo over rice. Been ordering since they opened. The food was delicious, well prepared and great portions. They now serve them in round aluminum bowls. Which are super small. I poured everything into the trays they used to use and it barely filled half. Today was the last straw. Small platter with food only half full. I usually can finish the whole tray when they used the white foam ones. Now I need 2 of these small aluminum bowls. Food quality has dropped. Portions are smaller. Not a good value anymore.

Terrible service. Walked in and asked for beef but the guy in picture keeps talking about lamb. He then proceeded to put hot food in plastic container and insists that it is ok and it does not matter saying I am whining. Please control your words and emotions. It’s not wise to escalate to violence in ignorance. People know where you work and when you get off. You can also research why hot food should not be stored in plastic container.
Yesterday I ordered lamb gyros with Ueber Eats. The food a received looked like someone scraped leftovers (no meat) together and put it on pita bread. I did not appear to be safe to eat. Since it came for the Katy Freeway location I called them, but nobody answered the phone. Ueber Eats was not helpful either and responded with a ”sorry for your inconvenience” response. I am very disappoint with both services.

Food is pretty good, but when i place a pickup order I expect it to be ready fairly soon compared to the pickup time. instead ive had to wait 20+ minutes AFTER the pickup time multiple times. All this while the actual restaurant is near empty and not busy at all. Literally ruins the whole mood to eat when u have to stand for an hour after ordering in advance on purpose.
