This location is closed!!! The website will still except an order and let you pay though! We ordered on Sunday, I showed up and the restaurant is no longer there. No one answered the phone after multiple calls so I called a different location that said this happens sometimes. They said they could issue a refund of my money, but that has still not happened and it is the thursday after ordering and not getting our food.

This is a ghost kitchen inside Deen’s Cheesesteak. I never had issues with Deens so I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately I found out how management treats an unhappy customer.I ordered 2 meals for family and they didn’t get the correct stuff. When they called they did call upset, and got even more upset after being told the items weren’t correct on the menu. He told them they didn’t have chick peas. When I called, he answered with “did you husband call” which was odd already. At the time I didn’t know but I advised that nobody called from my line. He hung up on me, I asked multiples times for the name of the manager but he never gave me his name. I called back 7 times and finally talked to him and told him I didn’t appreciate how he handled the situation.When the food is good it’s good but if you have an issue , management doesn’t seem to be able to handle professionally.

this place is terrible. I ordered online but they didnt have any idea of my order when I walked in. I waited for my order patiently and when I got home to open everything, noticed they did not give me what I ordered. I called them to let them know only to be met with an argumentative employee that tried to convince me that they dont have the item that I ordered and that their online menu is wrong. He kept talking over me so I ended the call. Don't bother with this place

I recently tried GyroPlug in Houston and I must say, it was an amazing experience. ? The gyro was hands down the best I have ever had in the city. The meat was juicy, flavorful and perfectly cooked. ? The pita bread was fresh and warm, and the toppings were all very fresh and tasty. ? ?
