I have been to this location twice now. The quality of meat is decent, but overall you can tell it is not marinated. As soon as it hits the grill it looses flavor. In addition, I am not very fond of the 4 thin slices of meat each order comes with, I would suggest one of their package deals. Yesterday all the beef i received was fatty and not enjoyable. The calamari was bad quality it was rubbery and hard. The atmosphere is the best part, the service is decent but not notable to mention. Their rice is good , but again very small portions, I have been to many Japanese bbq places and this one is by far the stingiest.

Bowls were good. I got the Beef Sukiyaki and my aunt got the Garlic Shrimp Bowl. We also got three appetizers: the fried pork gyoza, cheese corn, and the garlic edamame. The only one that was good is the fried pork gyoza. I don’t recommend the other two.Our waitress was great though. Very nice and informative.

I always come when Anali is working because she is an AMAZING server! The food is always so delicious and it really benefits having a server who is so attentive and on the ball, always! I typically go for the all you can eat option and it’s SO worth the price!!

Food was awesome and prices were good, value meal was excellent. However every single thing we asked for from the hostess, server and busboy took several requests before finally delivered, except one. Took 3 requests to get their traditional song & icecream for my daughter's birthday, twice to get our icecream, twice to get bar drink, never got 3rd place setting and finally helped ourselves from neighboring table. Never got answers on wine bottle and Happy hour price. Did get the take out boxes after one request but that was a different busser. Staff was super friendly tho. Really liked our server David especially. Would go again.
We went in for 9PM Happy hour. The burner was uneven and only really cooked on one half of it. We ordered 8 plates of meat to start and only got 6. We didn't keep track of what was missing but was charged for the full 8 plates. We know for sure they didn't give us pork belly but it showed on our receipt.We ordered 2 more plates near the end of the meal and they informed us they were out of the bone-in Kalbi, we asked to just remove it from the order. Instead, they gave us a mystery meat marinated like the bone-in Kalbi but it had no bone, and again they charged for bone-in Kalbi.They also forgot our rice then double charged us when we reminded them it was missing.Won't be visiting again, which is sad because I had a great experience the last time I visited a different location. Not sure if the franchise has gone downhill or this specific location is run poorly.
