QR code order and pay. Staff did not even acknowledge us or have any conversation with us while waiting for food and drinks. If you are not sitting at the kitchen end forget about any customer service at all. Then they have the nerve to automatically tag on an 18% gratuity that you pay at ordering before you ever get a hello a drink your food or experience their service. We overheard them talking about how busy it was and how they were going to make “bank” tonight. Not because of their service but because all unsuspecting people were tipping if not really paying attention and the staff counted on it. Even though the food was pretty good these guys get an F. So many other great options in the airport. Skip this place.

This bar is full of mosquitoes and I got one inside my wine glass, the bartender gave me actitud when I asked him to resolve the problem he said I have my wine for 40 minutes is a wine glass not a shot unbelievable that he had the nerve to say that horrible service dirty bar.

This was the worst burger I’ve ever had. The guy I ordered it from told me it would take 10 - 15 mins and since I was in a hurry to catch my FLT, said fine, order, paid and tipped him. Then I sat back and watched perhaps the most incompetent cook in grill history grill my patty melt. He seemed aware that I was in a hurry and didn’t mind taking his time. By the time he took it off the grill (30 minutes after I ordered it)it was so overcooked I would not have fed it to my dog. I took 2 bites and handed it back. The guy working the front felt bad but cook should not ever be in the kitchen. It was truly a terrible completely uneatable burger. BTW I paid over $35 this experience. I would say avoid at all costs.

I did enjoy my sandwich, it was delicious.Half the seating did not have power which would be more of a problem if there was not other seating available. The woman who served us was great and the 4 stars are not due to her at all.

Thirty mins to get a mediocre burger. The place had a staff of four people, yet service was poor because all orders/interactions must be placed via a website accessed with a qr code. Hence, it becomes an excuse for the staff to ignore their customers while they chat with each other.

Can't give it zero stars one star it is. I have very low expectations of airport restaurants yet this one somehow managed to deliver a new low. Slow/no service. Screwed up order? "Whoopsie." Want a refill on your club soda? Too bad. All the servers seem a bit rude. So much so that one wonders, "why would you work here if that's your idea of service?" Homeward bound. So that helps. (Update: I did finally get another club soda. Which for $5 I appreciate.)

I sat and waited. There's about 10 min until first call. The lady asked what will I be having I told her I'm just waiting for first call and she kicked me off even though the place isn't full. And allows other customers(all of them white) to sit and not order anything. I'm Hispanic male but there is at least 2-3 white people sitting not buying waiting. This is discrimination at its best. I travel threw often. I won't be eating/drinking here anymore. The 5am lady has very bad polite attitude. It's only 10 min till first call. Very rude.

The burger I ordered was served on a cold bun. The wait staff were friendly, but incredibly slow. A guy restocking the frozen hamburger pattie's was handling them without gloves. Or washing his hand prior. Do not recommend this place. $40 for a burger, fries, and a coke. Not remotely worth it

It is airport food so expectations are already low. The food was fine, but the service was lacking. One waitress was quite rude and could care less about the people. If you have a long layover and the time to sit down it may work, but if you need quick food or want good service, check out the other options in the terminal.

Great little place within IAH that was quick and easy for drinks. Unfortunately, we weren't able to partake in food, so I can't review it on that end. Service was pretty good. She gave us our drinks in a timely fashion.

I'm a stickler for customer service. Normally, and I'm in terminal C every week, at any given time, one can sit at the stool at 5am and drink a quiet cup of coffee, with out needing any help. So when the waitress approached me and asked if I needed anything (help with ordering) and I said no thank you; I was asked to leave and sit at my gate. The waitress working today at 5am needs to drop the attitude!
