I tried to use my digital card here and was refused. The ignorant staff acted like digital cards aren't legitimate out of pure ignorance. I am switching to Aldi.

Regular customers take the curbside parking spots because the lot is too small and it literally caused a car accident this morning because that curbside parking area is overly congested with lines of cars waiting to park.

First and last time at this H-E-B. Horrible experience. I went through self-checkout and the employee working there was extremely rude and nasty to me. She then went to another employee for help with a coupon not scanning, and that person was even ruder.
Eventually, a manager named Katrina came over, who I later found out wasn’t even the GM like she claimed. I shop at H-E-B multiple times a week and sometimes coupons don’t scan, but as long as I have the correct items the employees usually just push it through. Katrina told me they “can’t do that anymore” and claimed the coupon didn’t work because the items were on sale. That’s simply not true—I’ve used the Meal Simple coupons plenty of times on marked-down meals and stocked up without issue.
The way I was treated here was unacceptable. Nothing about this store felt like a “friendly neighborhood H-E-B.”

FAVORITE H.E.B. in the city. Despite how busy this one is you're never waiting in line long, like ever!! I can only find my delicious 😋 blackberry lemonade at this location. Always clean, always great deals, employees always pleasant, and you can find anything you're craving! Fulfill your Pet's needs, seafood finds, teas and much more. First time I've been to H-E-B. This grocery store is basically a mix between Whole Foods and Publix. Really great store! I also love their version of Dr. Pepper, which is called Dr. B
