Clean, nice place for grocery shopping, I spend alot of time reading labels, make sure your Bagels label does not have a BIO Fortified Ingredient (GMO) or similar name. I enjoy shopping for their Organic Foods (Almond Milk, Honey, Refrigerated Multigrain bread). I wish they had a points discount system like Kroger, for all that shopping I do there, especially with the High Inflation prices, the yellow coupons are Not enough!.

Needed a cake for a gender reveal. The person that took the order couldn't comprehend what I needed them to do which was simple.Fast-forward we allowed them to do my daughter cake it wasn't too bad. However, they need someone in the department that can understand what's being said to them and be able to communicate things back for reassurance.

If Lebron James was a Texas Grocery Store, he'd be HEBron James. By no means is this closed. Do not believe Yelp. It's a regular place we stop at, one of the employees is one of my good friends, and we've been here on at least half a dozen occasions including just about a month ago, so yes this HEB is still here and yes they're still selling stuff... And yes it's honestly one of the worst H-E-B locations I've ever been to on almost every level, and I don't just say that from insider info, it's bad on any level that it can be judged, awful service, low stock, the wait time and everything in between.

I ordered my daughter’s 3rd birthday cake from here. I came to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. Already on a time crunch I had to wait 30 min for her to go make my cake as it should’ve already been done.. I asked for the manager they never showed up and I didn’t get an apology and I’m still waiting for a manager. Smh I knew this would happen.

Please don't shop here. The cashiers are very rude. There's a nice Philippine restaurant, but the store I don't shop anymore.

This location SUCKS!!!!! They a selling BAD MEAT!!! I just purchased some Sirloin Chuck Beef from them and it was nice and red on top but when broke it apart in my skillet it was BROWN on the INSIDE!!! I spoke with a guy who identified himself as Mike and refused to give his last name. He was rude and stupid! He kept talking over me and refused to hear me out at ALL! So upper Mgmt will be hearing about this, especially Scott! Let's see if he likes these types of publicity. I'm going to be sure to post the photos for ALL the world to see!

I have concluded I love my HEB. This grocery chain really cares about its customers. It is times like these that this Texas grocery chain goes above and beyond to help the community. They have been prepared and planned for a National Emergency like COVI19. I went there yesterday. The hygiene and safety was great. The shelves were about 98% full including toilet paper and paper towels. As always the customer service was good. The perishable products were fresh. The HEB brands are great. They are about more than making money. They care about Texans. I'm now a dedicated customer. Support your local HEB. They are Texas proud. It's a big store and has a lot of spacious room for you to walk and shop. They also have fresh products and have anything that you need to eat.

Line to get into the store not moving. Some items were limited. For example, limit of 2 waters and toilet paper Wanted to purchase 2-1 gallons of water and 2-24 pack bottles of water. At the register the cashier made me choose between the gallons and the bottled water. Purchased drumsticks for a birthday party that evening, however the Drumsticks were soggy, deformed and terrible tasting.

Don't ever order anything from this Bakery. I ordered a 25 count of cupcakes with whipped icing and when I arrived to get my item it was completely wrong. I ended up having to make multiple trips back and forth waiting for them to fix the problem. Once they gave me the new batch, i took it to my event and as we were eating i notice 2 long hairs on the cupcake. I immediately was disgusted and threw it away and grabbed another; ALSO had hair on it. We then proceeded to check the rest, and come to find out, there's hair on multiple cupcakes in the batch. Absolutely disgusting. I contacted the manager and let him know about the issue; he did not proceed to apologize or anything of that sort. He responds with "oh, well you can get a refund. Not right now though because we're closed." If you care about your health and money avoid this place at all cost.
