It’s very unfortunate I had to update this review. I originally left a 5 Star, months ago… But during my recent visit there was a piece of white hair in my daughter’s burger. She noticed it half wayThrough finishing her burger, and she called the store to let them know about the hair. The young lady told her to come back to the store & they would remake it. When we arrived at the store and handed her what was left of the burger the lady said “ oh it’s almost gone”… (duh she was eating the Burger). Then she got the cook, he asked where was the hair, she showed him where it was, but he literally wanted to see the piece of white hair. He then says “ common sense would have been to bring the hair with the burger so he could see it. At this point we decided not to get another burger or a refund because they weren’t being professional about the situation. We eat here at least once a week, but we will not be returning ever again. Common sense would be for all cooks to wear a hair net, because clearly it was his hair in the food. Based on the owners response below it shows you lack customer service skills. The proper thing to do, would have been apologize too your customers for the hair & inconvenience. Then offer a burger on the house during her next visit. We were only making you aware of the hair so you could correct the problem & you were and still are very defensive. Good Day!

Don’t recommend eating here. I was going to give a pass on the burnt, reheated fries…but the bad lettuce set me over the top. For the price you’d think the quality of the food would be great. Run away unless you want food poisoning.

Got my food delivered. But unfortunately, the burger patty seemed like it was out of a box versus freshly cooked. I was not too happy with the taste of the burger either. I hope they bring back the freshness in their burgers as this used to be the place I would get my burgers.

I came in today and there was only one worker from my acknowledgment. She did not greet me as I came in and just stood there with a blank stare. No “how can I help u” “ what would u like to order” nothing. I come here every few weeks and have never delt with this treatment get her out of there!

Whoever the woman is working at the front desk today needs to be fired. She doesn’t greet guest, she stands there looking stupid and when you speak to her she acts as if she’s annoyed to do her job. I will never come back to this establishment as long as she’s working the cash register. HORRIBLE!

Although it's not a Vegan restaurant, their vegan options taste better than some of the vegan restaurants in Houston. The loaded fries and chicken sandwich and cheesecake are my favorite but you can't go wrong with any veg
It really sucks that this place's customer service is terrible. Every time I come in here. I never really feel welcome. I keep coming back because of the food. The beyond burger here is excellent. I get it with grilled jalapenos. I love it, but I always order to go so I get minimal customer service Interaction as possible because it's never good.
Man!! The Swiss organic grass fed burger is amazing and tastes so finger licking good! Also the impossible burger is very tasty as well. Sweet potatoes were so so. I’ve had better.
So I’ve ordered from here a few times and the food is always up to par. Very delicious and worth every penny. Unfortunately my experience ordering with the lady in the front is always unpleasant. She always has a bad attitude and has terrible social skills when it comes to talking with customers. Today was my last time ordering just because i don’t appreciate how she treated me

this is my favorite and go-to burger in Houston. The bun is always pillow soft, the meat is fresh and the topings are all crisp. Love that the beed is grass fed. Great vegan options.
