My husband and I always go to Hanks (the one off highway 6 though) when we’re in town. We went this past Monday and our server was amazing. Our drinks were kept filled and he was great at bringing all our food in a timely matter. We always order crab shrimp and crawfish boiled. Spicy with garlic and it never ever disappoints.

The place looks nice but the service socks I ask to sit in different area but I was told that it close ! If a wanted to sit in a different area I need to with 30 minutes 😩

Crawfish was really good. I'd even say excellent.
Service was decent but not great, drink service was especially slow. They auto add 18% to any party of 6 or more which we had no issue with. Wife loves crawfish so we'll probably be back.

Absolutely freezing inside. Service was slow and it wasn’t busy at all. I got fried rice & wings & absolutely disgusting. My friend got crawfish & it was so watery. Don’t waste your money.

So I have tasted a few different locations that serve gumbo, and whatnot... But this place had me in high heaven! The rue I can tell was given some special seasons that could only come out of heaven! I tell you I ate my gumbo slow and steady as to not spill a drop! And the shrimp poeboy was out of this world. I highly recommend you visit this place and partake in the most delicious food man can make. The service and atmosphere was top notch!
