Came here for the first time and as soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a young man with blond hair and he's very nice and helpful. He finds a booth for me and my girl and has us seated immediately for vday. The selection of food was vast and of course you're gonna have to cook it yourself which is always the fun experience. The meats and dishes were all very fresh and delicious. The service on the other hand was questionable. I believe they must have been very short staffed today due to it being a holiday which I can understand. The only reason this place didn't get a much lesser star from me is because the same host in the beginning ended up serving my table and he did his very best to take care of us despite having to seat tables and assist others. I'd come again to give the place another shot, but hopefully they will be more organized next time because I'd hate to be unable to leave for over 20mins because no one came to let me pay.

Have to be honest, very disappointed in our first impression of this place. No hostess or manager to be found at the hostess stand and waited behind two parties of 3 and 2 who were also waiting to be seated. After ten minutes of waiting, a server finally comes to the front just quick enough to assess the seating situation and then went back to doing her job in serving her tables. After fifteen minutes of assessing the situation of them being understaffed we made the decision to just leave. Don’t mind waiting for a table, but not even having someone in the front to give us a wait time is crazy. If you know you are about to open for service any night and knew you were understaffed then have a better plan of action.

Came here during their soft opening and the food and service was terrific. Tonight however was terrible. 10 minutes waiting up front with no hostess. Couldn’t get a drink or rice refill. Over an hour to get the cheese corn. Meat cuts were fatty and gristle. Marinade was salty. I’ll never come back due to the terrible service.

Hanu is overall good. We came on a Friday where they were slammed on Vday and short staffed. Just be patient and understanding. The quality of meat was very good - all freshly cut! It’s AYCE or a la carte bbq. You can see them slicing meat from a small window in kitchen. You can see all the workers are hard working. I recommend them have a waitlist to keep track people coming in and a hostess to manage the front. Give it a chance, newish business still working out their kinks. Good quality meat and meat is not to thin! Take a chance on them.

Last time we went here every thing was perfect but this time wasnt. We had a party of 7 people when we went and had a reservation. We still had to wait. When we got seated the staff was nice but took 30 minutes to give us the MENU. When we finally order we had to wait 1hour but still didnt get our food but others had gotten their food when they came in after us. 1 hour and 30 minutes of my time wasted. I know yall are short staffed but why did everyone else get their food before us when we came first. Seriously?? We asked them 4 times to order and get our food but never got our food!! We left hungry and sad. I hope next time we will have it more like our first experience, perfect.😡😡👎👎👎

If I had to rec an AYCE Korean bbq place I would a thousand percent tell you to go here. First off, the price for dinner AYCE costed us under 80 without tip for two people. Usually it costs over a hundred at most places we have gone to. If you have time to make it to lunch AYCE before 3PM it is nearly half that price. On top of the affordable price, service was out of this world! The servers were very kind, attentive, and our food came out in a snap. There was also a very kind lady that cooked our meat for us at times when there was no meat on the grill. The meat tasted so delicious, even better than a lot of high end Korean bbq places I’ve been. The portions were not little either. Talk about amazing food and customer service! Super clean inside and the restrooms were very tidy as well.

Brought a friend and his 3 kids here recently.
Pros: -Meat was amazing!
-Super Clean
-Music wasn't too loud
-Friendly staff
Cons: -Very few sides
-Took a while to get our drinks
-They charged us an automatic 20% tip for our "Large Party"
On that last one. Since when is 2 adults and 3 kids considered a "Large Party"??? And I get the automatic tip thing. It's a good way to make sure they don't get stiffed when serving large groups. But 20%??? Come on...
Probably won't be going back.

Cute spot. They have a la carte and two menus for ayce. Service was very fast and courteous. Generous portion, we got the AYCE -A and had like 8 plates of meat. We were toooo full 🤣🤣 should have ordered some alcohol 😆 maybe next time!
Plenty of parking, many things around, we went for boba after eating 😆(sharetea)

Great experience, first time in a Korean BBQ restaurant. Service was great, servers were constantly checking on us and exchanging our plates for the grill and helping us grill and cut our meats. The food was delicious , would definitely return. Thank you!!

Best decision to celebrate hubby's birthday here. We went when it wasn't busy and we were a part of 6. I highly recommend people to try this place because the meat, the soups, and seafood pancake all tasted amazing. We had one of the best service I've experienced when in a group. The premium marinated galbi is definitely worth a try. Thank you to the ladies and male server who paid attention to my 2 pregnant friends to ensure they had a wonderful experience and didn't have to worry about undercooked meat or not get enough portion. Thank you.

If you live in the area and aren’t warming the seats here, you’re doing yourself a severe disservice. Don’t let this place close.
I’m surprised that Tomball of all places was gifted a Korean All-You-Can-Eat restaurant with quality meats and very generous portions of side dishes. Very well priced and much better than most of the Korean AYCE joints in my neighborhood, Spring Branch. Also easily competes with Asian restaurant concentrated areas like Bellaire/Katy.
Great service to boot!

Best deal in North Houston. Best quality of cuts I've found other than the 100$ per person places. Amazing value for all you can eat at 45$. Highly recommend for first timers or KBBQ lovers. Great service as well. Check them out!
