The drinks and waffles at Happy Lemon are really good, fresh, flavorful, and not too sweet. Service was fast and friendly. The location is a bit inconvenient, but the quality of the drinks makes it worth the visit. I’ll definitely come back.

I like stopping here since it never too busy, service is super quick, and close by when I'm craving boba. The staff is friendly and quick with service. There's lots of seating and great place to study since it pretty quiet along with a drive-thru if you don't want to come inside to order. They have all types of boba drink from milk tea, smoothie, and tea along with bubble waffle which is made fresh. I recommend getting strawberry cheesecake smoothie and a bubble waffle. Though I do recommend adjusting the sweetness level as regular sugar is super sweet along with their tapioca pearl being too soft and not chewy at all. Overall, great place if you want to grab a quick boba drink.

We were charged EXTRA tax for nothing ?? We ordered two mango matcha smoothies ($6.50 each) with boba ($0.75 for each drink). The total would have been $14.50 before tax but we used one of the free drinks reward so it should have been $8.00 (6.50+1.50)then after tax should have been $8.66 (that same amount is the one that was showing on the app) but I was charged $10.27 ??? for what?? that just seems shady to me. I don’t know if it’s a system error or if it’s done on purpose. We were in a rush so didn’t realize this until after so we tried contacting the store MULTIPLE times but they never answer… Anyways… ORDER THROUGH THE APP TO AVOID EXTRA TAX CHARGES.

Staff were friendly and fast with making my drinks! Drinks and waffle were great! Staff gave us recommendations, we ordered the freshly squeezed lemon honey green tea, mango lemon slushy, and bubble waffle with salted cheese. Drive thru was very convenient. I got concerned reading a review about staff covering up no tip screen, however it did not happen to me. They were holding the screen from the top using one hand. The no tip was on the very bottom in a small box. Will be coming back!

Hello, me and my friend came at 9:30pm on a Saturday night and the second we walked in, all 4 of the employees that worked there all stood at the register area while we were ordering making us uncomfortable and kind of gave me the vibe that I need to hurry up with my order because we are ready to close, since they close at 10pm. We also walked in with all the chairs on the tables like it was also another sign that we can’t sit inside even though they aren’t even closed yet. We have never been here so of course we didn’t know what we wanted to order right away and they just was staring at us like we were dumb. After all of this, I wasn’t pleased with my experience that I didn’t even order a drink. I honestly would never recommend this place to anybody and this is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at a boba place, also keeping in mind that I am a huge fan of boba drinks and get boba at least 2 times a week.
Great service, clean environment and yummy drinks. I love being able to get good boba away from Chinatown. The mango yakult drink is top tier.

January 22, 2024, I went to buy bread. The female staff who took the order did not respect me, as if I came to beg. When I finished ordering, she did not thank me, even though I thanked her back. She looked at me and glared at me even though I greeted her and smiled brightly when I walked in. I don't understand why I was treated like this, I have heard a few people talk about the attitude of the staff here, but today I was treated like this. This is an unacceptable attitude towards customers.

The boba was not fresh and i went and tell the worker there. Instead of exchange to a whole new drink they just add the new boba to my new drink and the ice was melted. The service was really bad they didn’t know how to communicate with the customer.
