Love this place, one of my favorites ever since my broke college student days. There’s no better value for the price anywhere in the city, in terms of variety, portion size, and overall taste. Been here a bunch of times, never had a bad experience. Today we had the house special noodles (a favorite) and the hot & sour bean curd (which is never tried before) - both delicious!
Good food and low prices, quick service as well!
Good food, has Wu geng chang wang
Had the Wonton Noodle Soup, it was really good, but I need more flavor... cilantro, green onion, garlic. Portion was huge, wontons were al dented, delicious ?My husband had chicken noodles stir fry ????? Sooo Yummy!
We've been coming back here for years and they consistently bring out quality, authentic, homecooked Chinese food. Here's a little tip:Order the House Special Noodles and ask em to premix it for you with a little extra toppings. Best thing ever if you like dry noodles. 10/10.
My favorite restaurant in Houston to go to with a group of friends! Free soup, family-style portions at a great price, delicious food and friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere? Couldn't ask for more!
It's filthy and they have cockroaches. Food tastes average.
Phenomenal hole in the wall restaurant. The food is delicious and has great portions. The service is good, and the people who work there along with the owners are extremely kind people.I recommend the green onion pancake, mapo tofu, kung pao chicken- just to name a few! There’s also also two free soup options for dine-in only: (1) hot and sour soup (2) egg and seaweed stew. Major life hack: add a bit of vinegar in the hot and sour soup, and it’ll elevate the flavor greatly! This place is so good I’ve become a weekly regular at Qins. Support this local mom-and-pop shop businesses while also rewarding your tastebuds with authentic home style, phenomenally delicious Chinese cuisine!!Overall: affordable price, good portions, delicious Chinese food, free soup, and kind people!
I found a wire sponge piece in my food. This is a nice family restaurant but it’s dirty and apparently not responsible/clean. Careless.
My family’s favorite go-to spot in Chinatown! We’ve been coming here for years and love the quality, selection, prices, and friendly service from the sweet couple/owners of this family run business. They’re now open for dine in as well, please support this honest establishment. Thanks for bringing our family around the dinner table and keeping our tummies happy all these years!
