Went due to reviews, cashier was rude on phone, ordered 25 pcs and fries.. some of chicken wings were (BLACK) not sure why.. won’t be going back, and not recommended !

The customer service extremely extremely horrible. The young lady didn’t greet you, took forever (no exaggeration) for her to even take your order. Only came to the register and stood there. Had my order not been placed online and already paid for I woulda have just walked back out. Looking at the reviews it seems A lot of people is complaining abt the same lady. Seems the owner should do something about that.

I just drove a whole hour from Spring and tried calling. On your website it says you’re now open on Mondays. Received a text even saying you’re open. Nowhere does it say you’re closed today. This is not the first time this has happened. As a Chicago native, I’m disappointed and will not be supporting y’all anymore

My husband and I came too this establishment to end the day with a delicious meal. Instead we never got service after waiting 30 minutes, with no line and only two people inside eating. The girl at the counter never asked if we was ready to order after she rang someone out. She instead ignored us to bag DoorDash orders, and when we told her we was ready she said “Hold on”. After she turned back to the counter to listen to her headphones, while tapping her hand on the counter. This service was disrespectful!!! I would never recommend eating unless you want poor customer service and to be ignored.

Service here is really bad the young lady working 5pm shift is horrible no greeting, no welcome how you doing, no responds when me and my wife spoke to her she was on the phone while me and my wife was speaking to her and there was no one in the restaurant but she told us to wait because she had to bag more food and turned around and started tapping her fingers. She turned around to call out a DoorDash order but I didn’t understand why theirs no one to pick the restaurant to pick the DoorDash order, I will be contacting manager about this Situation it’s crazy all me and my wife wanted was to place an order that’s all and she couldn’t do that so we just left

If you love you some good fried chicken then this is this place for you. Just told myself if this how the people eating in Chicago then they been eating good! I had the four piece dark and fries with the mild honey sauce on top of everything with lemon pepper Seasoning on the chicken and It's so good! My mouth watering just thinking about the meal. If I stayed closer I probably would have put on some extra pounds. But hey try it for yourself!

I feel some type of way that I spent all this money on a strawberry biscuit that I did not receive this is after waiting an hour for my food but the food that I did receive was pretty tasty. I might try again but if person drive an hour away please confirm that all the things that you ordered in your bag my bag said it was, but when I took everything out of the packaging, it was not
