My first time at Harold’s was very unpleasant. The menu is very pricey for quality and quantity of the food and drinks. The customer service was not up to par. The fries weren’t good, the coleslaw comes in a tiny dipping sauce container. The drinks come in small clear 8oz plastic cups for 15.99. The wait was extremely long for the food to come out. I found hair in my mom’s chicken, and the manager only took 20% off. Wow! Let’s just say I would not recommend or revisit this establishment.

I recently dined at Harold's Shrimp and Chicken and I highly recommend it. They offer excellent Happy Hour deals for both food and drinks, and the food itself is delicious – served quickly, hot, and fresh. We tried the wings & fries as well as the shrimp, both of which were worth every penny. The waitress was friendly and provided exceptional service. The atmosphere is vibrant, with great music contributing to the overall enjoyable experience. I'll definitely be returning!

Me and my family stopped here this morning and we were blown away! The vibes are immaculate - the flavor is amazing - like tens around. We are from NYC and we have had some terrible food experiences here in Houston - especially with the OVER seasoning... but this was a pleasant surprise and we will be back!

Honestly very similar in taste to the original Harold’s back in Chi. Been to this location three times and their food/service has always been excellent. Food is always hot as it’s made to order. Establishment is well run and it’s clean.
Surprisingly not similar at all to the original Chicago style Harold’s Chicken. I was disappointed, as I wanted the taste, but again, not surprised. Nice dining area, spacious. Well lit. Staff recommended alcoholic drinks. They were good, strong. Lots of choices regarding drinks.
