As a thank you to our employees for working so hard during the holidays, we set up a BBQ lunch - at two different locations. Daniel at HCGSBC is THE BEST. He hooked us up better than I could have asked for. EVERYONE was raving about the food - but especially the brisket. We will definitely be return customers. Daniel, thank you for making these two lunches absolutely fantastic.

flavorless , did not look appetizing i mean the beans had no flavor and the mac & cheese tastes like it came from a box… way too overpriced will not be back anytime soon…

Really excellent barbecue! Much better than most chain barbecue places. Visited for the first time today. Brisket was excellent as was the chicken. Also had a taste of the turkey, which I normally don’t care for but this one was juicy and flavorful. Sides were also really good. Mac and cheese was great and potatoe salad was also great. Best of all staff is all super friendly. Already planning my next visit!

I’ve been here a couple times. They have good quality products. The cheeseburger was great, it’s a bit different but really good. The bacon on it was really good. The brisket was also good.There are a few things that I did not do much for me. Their sides are a bit bland to me. I got the beans and they weren’t anything special. The Mac and cheese was good but also lacked flavor. I’d like to see more variations of the sausage. You can tell it’s good quality but the taste isn’t there. Maybe a jalapeño cheese sausage in the future.

This is a new restaurant in the area and I'm excited to have it. The staff was very nice, very helpful with suggestions. I had the 2 meat plate with brisket and jalapeno sausage with Mama's beans and cucumber salad. The brisket was tender, moist and tasty. The jalapeno sausage was good but not anything special. The sides were exceptional. The beans...the beans were excellent. Perfectly seasoned. And the cucumber salad was just as excellent.My only complaint would be that the serving size of the brisket and beans just didn't live up to the cost of the plate.I will definitely be returning to this excellent BBQ place!

I rarely give 5 stars and my husband is pickier than I am. This place was damn good! The potato salad alone was incredible but the brisket was perfection. I feel bad for Pappas BBQ as they won’t get my money now but they’ll survive! ?
