Visited HCS for an early morning breakfast & was not disappointed. I owe Tik Tok again for enlightening me about this hidden gem. Looking forward to visiting again & trying out something from their dinner menu.
Arrived at this location with my family and dinned in, the brisket was a bit too dry. The sausage was good, the Mac and cheese was great. The atmosphere was clean, very spacious with a western-ish scene setting.
I would still come back here to eat again.

They have beer on ice, delicious cornbread muffins, and many other delicious choices. There were a variety of desserts, though I was too full to sample them.
