This restaurant was runned by inexperienced unsanitary,unprofessional very filthy workers,no guidance,,the food was cold and From I witness no hand washing after touching filthy public money n objects.no hair nets no name tags filthy napkins dispenser,dirty tables, the trash cans filthy inside and out leaking ceilings very old building.no welcoming no courtesy at all.who is the owner? I will never return back to this filthy restaurant 😤. The place needs to be reported asap to the health department.

This particular Hartz didn’t even deserve the one star I gave. I stood there for 10 minutes before they even said a word to me. On top of that we paid for a buffet and they had nerve enough to be rashining the chicken. I asked for more chicken to be put out and another employee asked me if I paid for a buffet. Never again will I patronize this establishment. They deserve all thumbs down.

I visited shortly after the storm hit Houston. They had no A/C but still made the best with what they had. Food was as good as it gets for a truck stop buffet. They was super busy.

Prices astronomically high, yet portions are microscopic. You share your eating space with hundreds of flies, upon entrance and with one quick glance you can tell cleanliness is not at all a priority to this staff. Every single table was infested with wasted food debris from previous customers, but plenty staff sitting around doing absolutely nothing. Save your time, money, and most importantly your health before ever coming to Hartz.

I get there and they only have chicken. the rest of the food item were put away. Now Hartz don't close til 9 30. I got the st 8 25. And the worker gonna tell me only chicken , so I told her yall don't close till 9 30. This not the first time at that place, yall can do better than that..unhappy customer..I love Hartz chicken ...
