Was very upset I stopped here today because I was out and about I've never eaten at this particular Hartz I ordered gizzard chicken liver mixed combo. The chicken liver was spoiled no good, the fries were burnt and so were my gizzards. Their lucky I live on the opposite side of town because I would have went back. I thought okay maybe one bad liver some how so I didn't it tried another then another so I didn't want to get sick I picked through them and the odor was coming from all the livers. It's sad I get places are struggling right now but don't serve us old no good food never again.

It was a Horrible experience, they gave us old chicken dried up rolls hard AZZ Hell! I came from a far to get this nasty chicken and hard rolls I can't believe it. NEVER AGAIN

Hearts Chicken on Fallbrook and 249 never disappoints! I ordered a 52-wing meal and even got an extra wing for free. They also gave me extra wing sauce at no charge, and everything was fresh and hot — from the wings to the two large cups of mashed potatoes and the dozen-plus rolls. I’ve been coming here my entire life, and it’s always my go-to spot. The prices are great, the portions are generous, and the service is amazing. If you’re thinking about grabbing something to eat, this is the place to go. In this Hearts Chicken, we trust!

This hartz chicken buffet has old school charm. Compared to Popeyes, I feel as though the fried chicken is lacking in spice but will appeal to individuals who like bland fried chicken.

Disappointing Experience at Hartz Chicken
I recently visited Hart's Chicken, excited to try their famous fried chicken. However, my experience was far from what I expected. I arrived at the restaurant an hour before their posted closing time, only to find the doors locked and no one inside. I checked the hours online, and they clearly stated they would be open for another hour.
I understand that sometimes things happen, and staff may need to leave early, but it was incredibly frustrating to drive all the way there only to be turned away. I was really looking forward to enjoying a meal there, and this experience left a sour taste in my mouth.
I hope they can improve their communication and ensure that they stick to their advertised hours in the future. Until then, I can't recommend Hart's Chicken based on this experience.

This is a sad place to go to when you looking to get a good fish dinner from them! The service through the window is trash the workers that is lazy this place is nasty on the inside needs to be cleaned up real bad a scared to get a cup of ice or soda cuz it might be slime in the ice machine! What you are paying a lot of money for and don't order the fish small as hell paying high price for this little bitty ass fish that they serve you that ain't even worth it!
