Hearts Chicken on Fallbrook and 249 never disappoints! I ordered a 52-wing meal and even got an extra wing for free. They also gave me extra wing sauce at no charge, and everything was fresh and hot — from the wings to the two large cups of mashed potatoes and the dozen-plus rolls. This hartz chicken buffet has old school charm. Compared to Popeyes, I feel as though the fried chicken is lacking in spice but will appeal to individuals who like bland fried chicken.

Harts chicken it’s a good buffet To go the only reason i rated 4 starts instead of 5 it’s because , there are different restaurants that do not offer the same food there are some that have more menu than others as well as the location. There are some new locations and some buildings that need to be restore. I believe if they can update their buildings and serve the same menu on all of them, they will benefit big time by bringing in more customers.
