They asked me to pull upfront of the store and told me my order would be out in 5 minutes. I was expecting it hot and fresh if I had to wait for it. When the food arrived it was burnt and extra greasy. It looked like it was sitting there for hours and they just threw it back in the fryer to be able to serve it "hot". I regret not taking a picture but I was more worried on getting my money back.

Found the cold sour past unappetizing, gravy was sour, kept finding sour food, cashier was very nonchalant, and 99% of the food was cold! Two other customers expressed how bad the food was also Manager didn't seem to care 🤨

The manager was amazing. He was patient, and made sure our bill wasn’t over priced for what we wanted to order. He went above and beyond to help us.
