The place is new, there is little variety, the okra is very good, the gizzards are very small, extra crispy and very old, I don't know how they can eat it, they must refill the food because it seems that they don't otherwise they will lose customers, good service to the client.
5 years ago my review: This is one of the better locations.I went yesterday and was very disappointed. Perhaps the new owners needs some time to get on track. One major bummer was the two children of one of the employees running around the dining area then playing loudly on their devices. This is a restaurant, not a day care service. This is not the atmosphere I'm looking for in a restaurant.As for the food. What was there was pretty decent. There were no chicken livers...
Chicken was fresh and good. The service is always excellent. The lady at the window is a gem super sweet lady. We go there often as we live in the neighborhood and she's is always so sweet ❤️
