We got there about 15 minutes early. So, we waited for them to open. But, then, the cook tells us that they are NOT OPEN, due to the rest of his crew NOT being there!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!

Very dissatisfied with the buffet took my wife inside and all the sides were cold as ice and the chicken and tenders were dry and cold waste of 35$ food and atmosphere was terrible only thing that was good was the beans the food was terrible and cold would not recommended this location cashier had a attitude when I asked for fresh chicken because the ones they had out was old and cold … never eating here again this location use to be great but the dine in experience felt horrible .

I’m sick last time we got food from here we said never again but we did it again we came back I’m sick to my stomach 🤮Don’t please don’t go here plus both times we ordered 8 piece mixed both times we got dark meat did not get what we PAID for 😡 STAY AWAY!!!!

I visited Hartz today 7/6/2024 12231 Eastex Freeway Houston TX 77039. I am terribly disappointed in the whole food experience. The customer service was mediocre and the food was despicable!. The food lack any taste, it was just coated and fried. The chicken, okra, and rolls were poorly prepared. Not to mention fresh and old chicken were mixed together (for the older chicken meat had a dark grey complexion after being fried and unpleasant smell). Definitely not worth $22.15 I spent hoping to receive a good meal for my family to enjoy. The food set out for the steam table appeared not to be refreshed in hours which is why I felt it would be better to order the food to be freshly prepared for to go. WRONG!!..
