Chicken wasn’t fresh like they said, rolls were dry, too thick, and cold. Macaroni was spoiled, I took a bit of it, and gagged. Smell the container that it was in, it was spoiled. Can tell it’s been out since they opened. Called them several of times, no answer, until 5:20 12/16/2025 no manager there, the little girl that answered the phone, was the same little girl who took my order inside. She speaks like she’s 5 years old. Told me I could come get another side, I told her, I don’t want another side. I’m calling you all, so you all can throw it out, so no one will get sick. Asked to speak to the cook, he nasty and rude. I hear him say “I don’t want to talk to anybody, the manager ain’t here”. It’s so sad how some people doesn’t need to deal with the Public. Smh

The chicken was fried in burnt grease, the rolls, and the mashed potatoes tasted spoiled, the gravy was watery. Overall I give the location a1star. We need a refund ASAP. We had to throw it all away, and all 3 of us had stomach aches, my mom threw up

Why ??? do haetz have all of these Spanish speaking workers in an all English speaking area so much drama there are flies all over the food short staff very rude employees I will never go back

This place is not like other Hartz Chicken! Service is below standard, food is subpar and restaurant was not too clean. The man behind the counter is extremely rude, curt, and demeaning... Doesn't want to put out everything that's supposed to be on the buffet, questioning what you're eating and how much, and wants you eat from the same plate! Food has no seasoning and fried food is cooked too hard. Someone needs to teach this dude about the importance of good customer service and health codes!!!!

The manager today was very unprofessional toward other customers. I shall start at the beginning... I was lured in by the deceptive marketing outside the store which says they have a buffet. I wouldnt consider this a buffet at all. They had one tray of baked chicken only at 1 p.m on a busy Monday. The manager was trying to justify & rationalize too much . He claimed they always have 3 workers in the morning, except this was the afternoon. A customer was politely asking if they were hiring and the manager got so out of line rude with the man that the man walked out. They do need help but from the corporate owners not district managers. If this isn't a franchise and a privately owned Hartz then the main people need to remove the Hartz logo immediately. This isn't the way to run a business. The man cooking the chicken was working so hard & didn't stop the entire time I stood there which was 20 mins l. I waited in the line & just watched the poor verbal communication between the cashier & the customer. She couldn't understand nor speak clear English. It was difficult to place my simple 5 piece order. They do not give you condiments like hot sauce or napkins. The entire experience was very uncomfortable to watch. The people in the line have every right to be frustrated. This is my 1st and last time coming here because it was a complete shambles. I'm surprised this place has been in business at this corner this long. Maybe if the drive thru people seen for themselves where their side dishes are located and also how the side dishes are being stored. Therr is a cart that's used for the "buffet" they have some sides that are uncovered and being swarmed by insects. It's weird because the guy kept running to the cart with the containers for the drive thru line . He didn't have any gloves on and even if he did he was touching the money through the drive thru. He was the most unprofessional of all workers and I'm pretty sure he was suppose to be a manager. That is unacceptable by any means for management to think it's acceptable to treat customers badly. They didn't treat me badly as the other people but I will just say it seemed racially motivated attitude problem. I wanted to give them a bad attitude like they were giving to the other 3 sets of customers but once it was my turn they seemed nicer. I was going to go off if they treated me like that. He told them they couldn't have nothing but chicken. Omg so rude. The customer asked for sauce for his chicken they refused him..I just don't like those kind vibes out of a restaurant I'm spending my money with. I can drive anywhere that appreciates my hard earned money. Not to mention they took my whole lunch break for 5 pieces of chicken. That wait was dreadful but the chicken was great. That's because the worker in the back was really working.
