Yall I have been to many Hartz in my life but decided to stop by this place for a quick lunch and man this location did not dissappoint. The food on the steam table were all good espcially the chicken tenders. I will for sure come back whenever I'm in the area

I've been visiting this Hartz chicken since 2004. The chicken and gizzards used to be excellent. Lately, I've noticed some inconsistency in the food quality. Sometimes it's good, other times not so much. But on November 29, 2025, I experienced the worst baked chicken from Hartz. It lacked any seasoning, the skin was tough, and since it's baked chicken, it shouldn't be. The drumstick was nearly the size of a turkey leg—never seen one so large. It felt like it was pumped with hormones or something. The food was TERRIBLE, and I won't be returning to this Hartz on Uvalde Rd in Northshore until they improve. I'll go to another Hartz nearby in Baytown.

Sunday buffett is the best. The food is fresh with a lot of different dishes. Customer service is excellent. This is one of the best Hartz in Houston.
