Chicken was over Cooked. Meat shrink to the bone.. should cook 12 minutes instead of 15 minutes.. I would love to go back , it is near by my house. Oil need to change , the chicken look burnt dark.. head quarters should come and look at the chicken in this store on Westhimer near high way 6.

Been to many Hartz buffets but this one was unlike the others. Had to wait a very time for corn, and drumsticks and had to pay extra for jalapenos. The ventilation isn’t good and price per adult is higher than the others…

I have dined here before today, and brought others with me. I went to the restaurant today for the lunch buffet. The chicken on the table was dry. I asked for a fresher piece of chicken. The manager gave me another piece of chicken but it was not fresh. It was dry as well. I asked the cashier for fresher piece. She gave me a fresh piece. Then the manager came from the back to my table to tell me she does not want to waste food and told me the chicken was not dry. I told her it was dry to me and I don't pay for dry food. She proceeded to push the chicken in my face stating that the chicken was not dry. I asked her if my preference of how I prefer my chicken bothers her I would not come back. She responded by saying don't come back. She wanted me to accept what she said. This lady confronted me about how I should eat my chicken. Well she no longer has to be concerned about me or my family. We will never go back again. She can continue to sell dry chicken to people. Watch your chicken folks!

Came by after work on Sunday, no complaints in drive thru. Fries and gizzards were fresh and hot, good to snack on the way home. Generous portions. Person who took my order was very accommodating.

If I could give it a zero star I would. Food been seating for a while and had to wait for fresh food and why would they say a buffet but clearly it’s not. Customer service is horrible and not so clean. 0 out of a 0….

Yeah, I can't even give it a good review because the place only allows drive-through orders—sigh—I didn't even want to eat in. I just wanted to order some tenders and go home. I can't help that I don't have a car. Oh well, if you do go there, just have a car, and you will get food; but if you walk or anything, be prepared to not be able to go inside, even if you see people—just know the doors are locked.

The restaurant overall looked unsanitary. The food was terrible (cold, greasy, old). Rolls hard as a rock. Very disappointed, hadn't had Hartz in a long time. My bill was $51.00!!!

Roaches and rats. This was disgusting and disturbing to see after waiting 20 min in the drive through just to see that. The employees were also very ghetto about it like they are used to it
. Very sad.
