I've been going to Hartz chicken ever since I help my dad do roofs as a young boy. It was a treat then, it's still a treat. But then again, I cant say no to fried chicken. This location is super clean, staff is friendly and they keep the buffet loaded.

It used to be a normal experience but with the changes or whatever happened earlier, they seem to have gotten worse. Wanted to get just a drive thru combo at 6:45pm and didn't think I would have to wait at least 20 minutes for nothing. I just decided to leave cause it's not like I'm waiting for top quality chicken either.

I ate here today with two of my kids . Everything was so dry and , when I asked for chicken strips it took them almost 15 min for 6 pieces . Chicken, fish everything was old . And as I was waiting a customer had ordered a lg coleslaw in the drive thru and the granny went and pulled it off the bar had probably been sitting out all day as everyone been digging in it. They definitely need to hire people who can at least fry chicken , and make make Mac and cheese. I won’t be back.
