The chicken is good but the people they serve don't serve it, they take too long every time I go it takes me 30 minutes I'm very slow they ask permission for one hand to move the other one they need to hurry up

This is the best hartz chicken I’ve ever been to!! There are several in the Houston area and this one was great. I used to live in he area in my younger years and wish this hartz was around back then. My order was simple corn on the cob and a roll. The roll was so warm and soft and the corn hot, sweet and juicy! The ladies that helped me were super sweet! I will definitely be back!

New business with bad customer service. The chicken has no flavor and there’s very long wait in the drive-thru. They claim long wait because food is freshly cooked but the food was cold. You can’t express or question anything because immediately management gets to aggressive. Definitely don’t recommend eating there. For the price you might as well buy some Popeyes (good chicken). Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Drove all the way from Austin TX to try Hartz Chicken yesterday. What a great experience, all of the staff are friendly & welcoming. Food was great, fresh didn’t take long for my fish and okra order. I will be taking the drive to this location again!!!!

On Friday, October 11, I drove 20 minutes because I wanted to eat chicken. At 8:30 pm I ordered a family combo online. I asked for fries and mashed potatoes and they only gave me mashed potatoes and my children were left without eating fries. I called and the manager's assistant told me that I should come back the next day because they had already closed and it was 9:30 pm and they say they close at 10 pm... I had to order fries at KFC. It was close to my house.

This new chicken place opened up in an old Church's Chicken location. My wife drove over and picked up some chicken tenders, fries and some livers for herself. She got a drink and asked for gravy....the gravy never made it into the bag. They're brand new so I won't deduct a star. The 7 chicken tenders, fries and rolls were amazing....didn't try the livers but my wife loved them. We'll be back. They have a lunch buffet.

So far I've tried the bbq chicken sandwich and fried fish with okra, both were delicious. Food was cooked quickly and very fresh. The staff are polite, helpful and keep the dining area clean and inviting. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
