Place is horrible, Very dirty my counter felt like it was oiled up and i ordered tepanyaki and recirved fried rice but no main course???? My fault for not bringing it up i totally forgot about it th fried rice was bussin but they still forgot ma shi. 0 Stars

Long wait for a chef to come to table. Lack of staff. Slow getting our drink and food orders. Overpriced for the amount of food. Server was slightly incompetent, she didnt get our orders correct, delay on refills and trying to take care of too many parties at one time. Mgmt was very unconcerned. We had a party of about 25. Will not recommend nor return. Overall experience..Very disappointed!!

I’ve been here many times, but this time was odd!! My waitress demanded a tip! I paid cash with my food and told her to keep the change, which was two dollars! I was also gonna leave a 10 dollar bill on the table once we left , but my waitress said why u only leave 2 dollar tip!?? I said I wasn’t, I’m gonna leave the rest of the tip on the table! She literally waited while I finished eating food to get the tip! I also was the only one at our table that tipped the actual cook! So I was confused on why I was being singled out!! Was it a race thing, I’m. It sure but u guys shouldn’t do that

This was an awesome experience! We really enjoyed the cooking. It was entertaining and fun. The food es awesome! And the portions were nice. The price for everything was also reasonable. I'd definitely go back if I'm ever in Houston again.

Food was really good, but because we had a party of more than 6 gratuity was included. They did not dispose that and then the tip screen came up and the suggested tip amount was at the bottom of the receipt, so I tipped on top of the tip that was automatic. I didn’t like that. But I would go back.

I read reviews and was very hopeful. I was craving teriyaki and both my wife and I were too tired to cook. We ordered online for pick up right as they opened a basic teriyaki steak plate and a teriyaki chicken chicken plate. They must have used old chicken because it was so dry, it crumbled upon chewing. The seaweed in the miso soup was slimy like it had been soaking overnight. The steak texture was overly chewy. I could only eat the rice and steamed vegetables and had to flavor it with some bottled teriyaki we had in the fridge. Overall horrible food

This experience Oct 18 2025 was UNSATISFACTORY! My first time here was on June 1 2024 IT WAS AMAZING FOOD, SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE! This time I couldn't believe it was the same place. It was Saturday approx 500p myself and 2 friends. The entry smell a lil off. The place was dead. Our waitress/server was the worst part personally. She sat at the bar several times chatting with coworkers. Had to get her attention via other employees and ask for our drinks and food we had ordered and not been served, asking for additional items because she never completed taking our order. My martini and friends bottle of wine sat ready on the bar for over 5mins. The couple we shared the hibachi table with were having similar disappointing experience. The server never came to remove any dirty dishes to make room. She also served our soup and salad after chef started cooking. He had to ask if we had received our items. His performance was not entertaining. Food from kitchen and chef overall mediocre. My scallops were excellent. Top it off a large party taking up 3 grills celebrating an elders birthday... the employees had come out to sing happy birthday without the cake. One family member had to walk over to the kitchen and request the cake and then they sang again. Poor Service is an understatement.

Came here to celebrate my dad’s 50th birthday and loved every second of it! 🤩 From beginning to end the staff was very attentive and kind. They even had a bilingual chef for us which was very much appreciated! The onion soup was absolutely delicious, never had anything like it before. I had the hibachi steak dinner and tempura shrimp as an appetizer.

Came here to celebrate my brothers birthdays and overall had a good meal and good experience. The staff was friendly, helpful with the menu and our hibachi chef made it a fun experience for us all. In comparison to other hibachi restaurants I have been to, the portion sizes here are pretty good. I ordered the salmon and got two large filets. While the cook was a little more done than I prefer the seasoning was pretty good. I did also order some of the eel sushi to try and it was okay. Overall a good experience but I do wish their set up was a little different. They have chairs in a U shape with grills on each side of the U. Our party filled up almost the whole U shape but we only had one chef so four of us just could see the back of the chef which was kinda awkward and made it hard to see the food show.
