The filet mignon was especially delicious, though it's prepared with a mildly spicy sauce that isn't optional, so there's no way to have it without the sauce if you prefer it plain. My only real concern was that the bill automatically includes a culinary contribution fee. ($15). I was told this began during COVID to help retain kitchen staff. However, even though the pandemic has ended, the fee is still added to the final bill on top of the tip. I didn't feel it was appropriate to pass that cost directly on to guests without making it optional. Aside from that, the atmosphere, service, and overall food quality were definitely above average.

Had a party of 7 reservations for Nye and everything was wonderful. The house old fashion was perfect ( not overly sweet or filled with bitters) the espresso martinis were smooth. Our server was knowledgeable. The ribeye was okay but the crab meat and Brussel sprouts stole the show. My only concern was the extra gratuity that goes to the kitchen staff. Why are responsible for them? Other than that, everything was lovely.

The food was very salty. My reservation was seated 45 minutes late. They didn't have the ability to transfer our bar tab or dtinks to our table. The ingredients put into the food were high quality. However, the abundance of salt made it unbearable to eat. I had to ask them to clean the dishes from the table so my food could be properly placed 3 times. The price for poorly prepared food and subpar service was not acceptable. To end the disappointing culinary experience, the valet told me my car was on the way after a 15 minute wait because my keys were already gone and my keys were still in their box that I pointed out to them. Overall experience was disappointing and a poor use of my time. The decor was very esthetically pleasing and the owner was kind.

We had a wonderful first experience for New Year's Eve. All staff members from the front of the house to the servers were very inviting and accommodating. We met Troy which was a nice surprise. Trey was attentive and present while not being overbearing, he is an excellent server. Had the Stone Crab Claw appetizer, Hanger Steak and whipped potatoes. Everything came out cooked perfectly and spaced out as it should. Timing, attention to detail and presentation matter to me greatly and Guard and Grace nailed it. Great experience overall and looking forward to our next visit.

My family and I went to G&G for a New Year's Eve dinner. We had a really good time and the food was delicious. Wine was good too. I will definitely put this on the list to return.
The restaurant is gorgeous and the staff and servers lovely, knowledgable and helpful. The prices and servings generous. I have never seen sides as large in any restaurant. The steaks were tender, flavorful and cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions, group get togethers, or even a date night.
