This is a place you come for the atmosphere, not for the food and especially not the service.

Heights and Co does a few things right - namely their specialty cocktails. If you enjoy unique and interesting cocktails, then this is a place worth trying. They definitely are not a fancy cocktail bar, but their prices reflect that. Around $16 per drink. I got the $12 wine instead.

You should come here if you and your friends want to spend a little too much on drinks and just enjoy whatever theme they have going on, and/or the movie they are playing. I have gone a few times, but yesterday my girlfriend and I went to see a Christmas movie. They had the outside terrace decorated nicely in theme.

After we sat down, plates of food we did not order and drinks we did not order kept arriving. We had to turn them away every time, especially because no one came and took our order. After about 40 minutes into the movie, I finally got the seemingly overworked, stressed, and low-energy server to come to our table. She told us that one of the other tables' tabs was registered our table - which explained the mystery food and why we never got waited on properly.

I asked for their brisket mac and cheese (which I have gotten before), and they were out. I then tried to order their cajun pasta - and they were also out. I finally ordered the smashburger, but they were out of their buns, and told me texas toast is what they had. That was fine by me.

When the food came, it was actually pretty good, no complaints there. The movie was fun, and I did have a good time. I just can't recommend this place in good faith - there are so many excellent restaurants in the Heights (many that are cheaper), that I just can't see myself wanting to come back here.

Never EVER BOOK A PRIVATE PARTY HERE....DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR VENUE...unless you wanna have a group of movie goers next to You,in which You literally have to use your inner voice ,cause someone is going to hush to you. A total disaster, with their ugly outdoor ,poorly designed, specially for the location in the Hights

What’s the point of watching a movie if you’re also gonna host a party right next to it so you can’t hear the movie????

Food was amazing, and the staff was sweet, fun, and accommodating. Not a stuffy place at all, but a great spot for a well-made meal. Reservations recommended, especially on their movie nights!

Had a private party reserved for their back patio and when we got there cushions were not in place lights were off. We had to connect lights ourselves. We weren't allowed to go back there and prepare for guests to arrive. We all got there and they were still setting up. We made the best of it but they had one server for 30 people. We got a bad venue for the price. Didn't even get a chance to order food. No food no apps nothing. Rough night to say the least

We loved the Holiday Bar movie night. Holiday themed drinks + Home Alone + S’mores Board = Perfect Date Night. I’ll recommend to all my friends because this was so simple and the perfect way to usher in the holiday time.

Movie times are staggered do you can hear the showing next to you. But it’s not terribly distracting.

Went this past weekend and had a good time. We had one hiccup where they thought we ordered a drink but didn't. The waitress said, oh well, would you want this anyways? Of course we said yes. Not one minute later, another staffer came to our table, told us we ordered the drink and when we said no, she took it away. Then she served that same drink to the table next to us. When their waitress came out with their drinks she immediately took that drink off the tray and tried to hide it. I've worked in restaurants before and that is horrible! I couldnt believe that she would serve that, not knowing if we tried it or not. She had a funky attitude all night but we still had fun. Food was good but will not be back because of service.

Pros and cons to the fireside events.

Pros: covered area, cute decor, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: The seating arrangement caused for blocking of the projector so we couldn’t see very well. Audio wasn’t great at all, we couldn’t hear anything as we were in the back. There were plenty of open tables - I just think the arrangement wasn’t the best and that caused all of us who were placed in the back to have low quality viewing. Drinks were expensive and small. Wasn’t the best food and also really pricey for the quality.
Overall the experience was a one and done deal.

Even while sitting at the bar, the service was not great. Staff took a long time to take our drink order, they spent a while walking around with our food trying to figure out where to go. And to top it off, the food was cold. Would not recommend.

Between the watered down drinks and terrible service… safe to say we didn’t enjoy the “Christmas” experience they offered. Won’t be back.

Short version: This must be what the great depression felt like.

Long version:
I'm honestly amazed. I know that Instagram isn't real life, but you'd hope that a business would at least be honest in the fine print. They say online that s'mores for example are included in their Halloween experience. This isn't true, but fine, I get there with my date, we decide we'll just pay. No big deal. Then they bring out the board and I'm disappointed in myself for not leaving on the spot.

$16 for 2 marshmallows, 2 crackers, a quarter of an apple, a handful of candy corn, and a spoonful of chocolate.

Stay safe y'all, businesses are straight up robbing folks these days.
