Just tried Katy Taste of Texas and it was pretty busy – waited about 20 minutes for a table. The portions were huge, definitely a good value for the price. My General Tso's chicken was really tasty, but I heard some folks had luck with the seafood, though a couple mentioned the seaweed salad wasn't great. I’d maybe suggest they revisit the ice cream cones, that would be a nice touch!

I was a tad scheptical at first but we went for the Hibachi. The food on the buffet was delish and the sushi was on point. Had to visit the hibachi twice they cooked it up so well. We were seated in a corner next to a birthday party and endured a slightly annoying song on repeat but besides that we agreed we will return!

The food was hot but was not very tasty. The stir fried was not good. They have reduced the amount of sauces offered. My girlfriends meat was tasteless and the rice was burned. The quality of the food has gone down since my last visit. Overall was disappointed.

I love this place their food is delicious & they have a nice selection of food. Their food is always hot & fresh. I would love to see the ribs added back into the lunch menu like before. They serve the steaks, ribs at dinner & of course the price increase. Problem Is I don't do dinner, as I don't go out in the evenings. I loved their free ice cream cones which unfortunately they dont offer any more. I do recommend this place, it's chinese food at its best. Everyone I e taken there left happy. Also on your birthday you eat free, but you have to come with someone else. A 2 for 1.
