What an absolutely incredible experience! The food was exceptional, and I loved how attentive the chefs were throughout the meal. It was a refreshing twist on traditional Japanese Omakase, infused with a vibrant Houston flair. The highlight for me was the educational aspect—the chefs expertly walked us through each cut of fish, even showcasing the whole fish from which it was sourced. It made the whole dining experience not just a meal, but a journey through flavor and culture!
Had a great time with my wife for their last service of the evening. Everyone was attentive and the dishes were all delicious and flowed well from one dish to the next, nothing abrupt or clashed with the previous dish. The service was awesome and the chefs were attentive in noting food allergies. Not your traditional Omakase, but one that I believe fits Houston well and embraces flavors from various cultures you'll find in our beautiful city. Can't wait to go back.
Super cool experience, I really enjoyed learning about the different techniques the team used to create all the different dishes. Everyone was really nice, can't wait to come back and bring some friends
