Today Abel at High Tower outdid himself. I called minutes after the breakfast bar had closed and he still went out of his way to have one of the chefs whip up a delicious breakfast taco for me and had it ready by the time I got downstairs. Great customer service on his part.

I work on the AIG campus and I've been to this deli several times. The food is just ok and a step down from the Alonte deli that was here before. The food is a lot more expensive and they really nickel and dime you. Aside from that the employees are awesome, very personable and friendly, professional and welcoming. I would say that the employees kept me going for the past almost two years. Recently I've visited once this month since the old managers were let go. After yesterday I have no intentions of returning as long as I work on campus. The new management are not friendly at all and I don't get the warm and fuzzy feeling I used to. All the employees seem on edge and the energy is very cold as opposed to the warm welcoming energy you got before.
