It was nice to receive a hot, fresh burger, -- not pressed. However, my expectations fell flat and I was disappointed. If there was cheese in it, I couldn't taste it. I think I did see a couple mushrooms. It certainly fell short of the picture they post.

Who likes overdone burgers?! Well if you do this is the place for you. They refuse to cook them anything but fully well done. I really dont get it. Is it a religious thing? I dont think ive had a drier burger. Sorry but we wont be giving a 3rd chance. NOBODY ELSE is doing this. 3 people, 3 burgers, 3 unhappy customers.

Got a burger here for the first time yesterday. It was really good. The fries were amazing. But the customer service was bad. The girl was dry and rude with me. She didn’t even say hello when I walked in yet she greeted everyone else after me. When she didn’t understand my order, I repeated it twice and she said “the ingredients aren’t mathing”. The customer service was not a good first impression. But the food was so good so I’ll come back for the food. I’ll just order online next time.

Great burgers! We arrive early before our inspection appointment and we were craving a burger and Hippo Burgers was close by, so we gave them a tried! Great thing we did, fries were nice and crispy & season just right. The burger tasted like a nice home made burger. lol told them every time I’ll visit them I’ll be coming here. Thanks y’all!

Man I want one right now as I write this review one of the best burgers around I had the BLT burger t was a very well made burger the bacon cooked right with flavor it didn't get soggy like most burgers t was juicy the meat was real Dan good chocolate sake and the onion rings were perfect the service was great props to the employees I see you working hard that's what makes this establishment a damn good place to eat thank you hippo burgers

Hands down the best burgers I've ever had. Last night we got the Hippo Burger with cheese and the chicken mushroom burger. The chicken is such a large portion my dogs always get a special treat bc I cant finish it.
The fries are the perfect size and the best crunch with a super soft center. Absolute perfection. Ask for no salt and the flavor is better in my opinion.
Last night I found a new favorite side, the onion rings. A little pricey but worth every penny.
Next time I'll try the tator tots
The only problem is that it puts you in a happy food coma once you're done.

Excellent hamburgers, good fries. They even have a good veggie burger. Called to pick up, it was ready in 8 minutes when I got there. Excellent quick service.
