We love the banh chung here a lot after we had tried “Vietnamese shop” and “Crab and shrimp cake” .I think the owner somehow should have the sign ( his son has autism also is serving table. parents anyway ❤️)so customer understand. Whenever we crave for banh chung and fish cakes, this restaurant is the best (their rice paper is special cake)

We ordered “Banh trang phoi suong cuon bap heo.” They did not give us enough mam nem; just 1/2 half of the little bowl. When we were out of mam nem and still have 1/3 of the meat on the dish. We asked for some more mam nem and banh trang; they wanted to charge us extra for it. Few bucks extra is not the issue but want to charge extra because the restaurant did not give enough sauce is ridiculous. Also the veggies doesn’t look fresh; look like they gave us the left over from other table. We feed back the issue with not enough mắm nem with the owner, he came up with all the excused about the cost of mam nem.Hello! It is a part of your business and you must give the customer enough sauce for their dishes. People keep talking how good of the food of this restaurant is but service is suck. All the waiters are not friendly. Good luck to them with this kind of service for their restaurant.

I recently visited the restaurant, and while the food was acceptable, it failed to capture the authentic flavors of Vietnam. However, what truly stood out as a major letdown was the service. The staff members appeared unkempt, much like the sticky tables in the restaurant. When we requested the table to be cleaned, only two out of the three tables were attended to (despite being right next to each other), and even those weren't properly cleaned. The table continued to feel sticky, so we had to ask the person again, who insisted that they had already cleaned it, but then properly cleaned it upon our request. After our initial order, things seemed to be going smoothly. However, when we tried to place an additional order, the person who had cleaned the table seemed half-hearted in listening (probably due to wearing in-ear headphones and listening to music the whole time), and the other staff member had a short-term memory issue (we had to remind them at least twice to avoid). The service quality took a nosedive. To make matters worse, we ordered noodles to accompany our rolls. Initially, we were told it would arrive shortly, but after multiple reminders, they simply nodded along. After 35 minutes, they informed us that they had run out of noodles. Later, the chef approached us and mentioned that this particular dish wasn't served with noodles (despite the fact that we had waited for 35 minutes for nothing!). Unfortunately, hygiene seems to be a foreign concept in this establishment.English:Recently I visited a restaurant, and although the food here is acceptable, it cannot compare to the original taste of Vietnam. However, what really disappoints is the quality of service. The staff in the restaurant looked shabby, like the sticky tables in a restaurant. When we asked to have the tables cleaned, only two of the three tables were cleaned (even though they were next to each other), and even those tables weren't cleaned properly. The table was still sticky, so we had to ask the person to clean it again, who claimed to have cleaned it already, but then cleaned the table properly when we asked. After ordering for the first time, everything seemed to be fine. However, when we wanted to order more, the person who cleaned the table sounded disinterested (probably because he was wearing headphones and listening to music the whole time), and the other staff member had short-term memory problems (we had to repeat it at least twice to avoid forgetting). Service quality has dropped significantly. To make the situation worse, we ordered noodles to go with the roll. We were initially told it would be coming soon, but after repeated reminders, they just nodded in agreement. After 35 minutes, they announced that they ran out of noodles. Then the chef came to us and said that this is not usually served with noodles (even though we waited 35 minutes for nothing!). Unfortunately, hygiene seems to be an alien concept at this location.

The dew-dried rice paper is very very very delicious, full of vegetables like in Vietnam. The owner said he planted a whole garden of wild vegetables, so make sure to have all kinds, nowhere in the US. The seasoning is very tasty, please add a piece of ground chili mixed in to be sweet, sour and salty in one bite. The meat was plenty for the reasonable $24 price tag for 2 people.Banh cuon has standard meat, not too fat, not too lean. The broth is delicious to eat, with lots of vegetables.

Because the exam is ok. The soup is thick and not hot. The crossbreeds compete quite well. The main task is to ask for further training of service staff. Customer service is very poor. Guests do not welcome guests when they enter, and there are no napkins.

Hoang Ty in Houston, in addition to the famous dew-dried rice paper rolls, also has lean meat or pork rolls. The vegetables here are fresh, but because of the climate, it is impossible to have wild vegetables like Hoang Ty in Vietnam behind Tan Dinh market.

This place is hard to find, tucked away deep inside Hong Kong. Banh Trang Trang Bang was phenomenal, would highly recommend that as the dish of choice.Highly recommended if you like to make your own rolls. It’s that sort of dish it’s worth sitting down and share with family and/or friends. Good customer service. Definitely recommended!
