The main ingredients of my quảng are rice noodles, pork, shrimp, and herbs most commonly served with a small amount of broth, which is generally infused with turmeric. Quang style noodle is a very popular traditional dish originated from Quang Nam province in central Vietnam. This nationally recognized food item is now appreciated as one of the top dishes travelers should never miss when in hoi an. Over the years, the popularity of mi quang follows the footsteps of the local residents spreading throughout the country from the south to the north. Although elsewhere, there are dozens of variations with different ingredients and recipes that make it more attractive, it is certain that mi quang in hoi an is the most delicious and original noodles.

Central Vietnam food is not popular on North America. It's hard to find one and harder to find a good one. This place is one of the very few places in town that serves Central Vietnam cuisine. The food is authentic, has lots of varieties, and is delicious. However service can be very slow.

The flavors on the borderline edible. The sauce for the vermicelli was made with pork fat with barely any taste to it. It was hard to finish the dish with the super rich fatty pork sauce. Mi quang was okay with a good crunch from the toasted rice paper.

Lived in the Hoi An area for nearly three years. This place is like stepping onto the streets of Hoi An with very authentic flavors in the Cau Lau and the Mí Quang. Recommended spot to scratch that real Vietnamese flavor itch.
