LOVED their shaved ice. They came to an Eagle Springs neighborhood event and ordered two small snow cones. I wished we ordered larger sizes because they were delicious and the ice was soft and perfect. I hope we can see them out again soon! Thank you!!

been going here for 2 summers now they never let me down ice is never crunchy and i love the cream only thing is the workers from last summer would put cream throughout my whole cup not i just get it on top but they are definitely the best hands down!

I called the phone number to make sure they had what I wanted and make sure they were open. No one ever answered. Decide to make the trip there and received a Very lackluster customer service and experience. I came here expecting a full experience but was burned. First they said they can’t do ice cream by itself only with the snow cone. Ummm ok so we try to order then they said they only had two flavors of ice cream: mango and tigers blood. Ummm ok so now we’re really thinking but ok let’s order and then she says “oh and we’re only taking cash…” Ok I’m out. If they would have answered when I called I could have saved my time. Literally no one was there so they can’t say they were busy and couldn’t answer the phone. I’m disappointed in my experience

I stood in the hot sun for 30 min waiting on my order. When I placed my order there were two other customers waiting and 1 of the 2 was currently being served. Another customer came and they took her order and began making her order as I continued to wait. The young lady told the boy working “why is she still waiting, she’s been here for a long time and she was first. Why are you serving other customers?” He blew her off and continued serving others. He was already working at a snails pace but he couldn’t care any less about me. I felt completely disrespected as I’m literally standing next to the open door and he could clearly see I can hear the whole conversation and he still continued to make me wait. The customer service skills are completely lacking at this place. I don’t care how good the son come is I won’t be ordering ever again since I’m not valued as a customer!

The best shaved ice ever! Busting with flavor and the ice just so smoothly melts in your mouth. I’ll continue to return for more. The tiger’s blood is a must try!
